LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established law firm to hire a Trust and Estates Administration Paralegal for a fully onsite role. This is a great opportunity for a skilled legal professional who is passionate about estate planning and administration and enjoys working in a structured, client-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing probate filings, trust administration, and estate-related documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with the administration of trusts and estates including probate filings, asset inventories, and fiduciary accountings
- Draft and prepare legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, and correspondence
- Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and government agencies to gather and verify information
- Track deadlines and manage calendars related to estate and trust matters
- Maintain organized files and records in compliance with firm and court requirements
- Support attorneys with tax documents, distributions, and compliance obligations
- Conduct legal research related to estate planning and probate procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a trust and estates paralegal in a law firm setting
- Strong knowledge of probate procedures, estate planning documents, and fiduciary responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working directly with clients and handling confidential information
Benefits:

Pay Details: $81,000.00 to $108,000.00 per year
