Responsibilities:
- Month, quarter, and year-end close accounting activities
- Various account reconciliations
- Prepare and adjust journal entries
- Use multiple systems and upload information using Excel
- Assist Assistant Controller and CFO on projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required
- CPA preferred
- Solid foundation in accounting knowing your debits and credits (GAAP)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Software experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be a plus or previous experience working with medium to large ERP accounting platforms
- Team player, comfortable working independently, and friendly
- Attention to detail, problem-solver, and strong time management skills
- Excellent communications (written & verbal)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, & Excel - Advanced)
Experience: 5 years of accounting experience (Senior Accountant, Staff Accountant, Accounting Manager)
