LHH is seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to join our client’s close-knit and client-focused team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking to make a real impact across a diverse portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee client tax engagements from start to finish

· Review tax returns prepared by staff and ensure accuracy and compliance

· Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering proactive communication and planning

· Collaborate with partners to prepare returns for final review

· Mentor and support tax associates in their professional development

· Stay current on federal, state, and local tax laws, and provide strategic tax planning advice

Qualifications:

· Minimum 6 years of tax experience in public accounting

· CPA license or actively pursuing

· Strong technical knowledge of tax compliance and planning for individuals, partnerships, S-corps, and corporations

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

· Experience in a boutique or small firm environment a plus
