Accounts Receivable Specialist – Temp-to-Hire

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in the construction industry. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and the chance to transition into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume AR transactions, including invoicing and collections.
• Post and reconcile journal entries accurately.
• Process credit memos and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare AR aging reports and assist with month-end close.
• Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AR experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
