Accounting Manager, Cash Operations
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid - 4 days per week in office)
Pay: Up to $120k
Employment Type: Direct Hire
About the Role
The Accounting Manager, Cash Operations oversees all aspects of cash management, collections, and accounts payable. This role leads the AP team, manages third-party services, and ensures timely, accurate disbursements. Responsibilities include transitioning away from temporary support, overseeing offshore AP processing, managing credit card collections, and driving automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise accounts payable operations and team
- Oversee vendor payments, invoice approvals, and compliance
- Manage corporate credit card collections and reconciliations
- Maintain cash flow forecasting and debt schedules
- Drive AP automation and process improvements
- Support month-end close and collaborate with finance leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting and cash management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Microsoft D365 preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume processing across multiple entities
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain stationary for extended periods, occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs.), and frequent computer use.
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
