LHH is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a dynamic and growing Human Resources team in Orlando, Florida. This role is critical to executing full-cycle recruitment strategies across technical and non-technical disciplines, with a strong focus on senior-level roles in civil, environmental, and geotechnical engineering. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to hiring managers, bringing creativity, persistence, and strong recruiting fundamentals to a challenging technical market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Manage an average requisition load of 25, including international recruiting efforts.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand workforce planning needs and deliver top-tier talent.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for roles in data centers, renewable energy, and construction.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to execute true headhunting strategies.
  • Optimize social media and digital channels to enhance employer branding and attract talent.
  • Track and report key talent acquisition metrics to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a team of campus recruiters and coordinators in a fast-growing environment of over 2,000 employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in HR or related field is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technical or engineering fields.
  • Experience in professional services or staffing agency environments strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional phone presence and communication skills; bilingual candidates are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and professional with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Creative and persistent approach to recruiting in a competitive market.
  • Strategic mindset with interest in long-term workforce planning.

Pay: Up to $41/hr



Pay Details: $38.00 to $41.00 per hour
