Administrative Assistant | Overland Park, KS

LHH is partnering with a client in the Overland Park, KS area, that is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resources team during a busy period. This temporary role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting HR operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to HR team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Respond to internal inquiries and direct them appropriately.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other HR-related materials.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Fully Onsite)
  • Compensation: $18-20ph.
  • Job Type: 2-month contract

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
