We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens. The ideal candidate will have experience with CDK and a strong understanding of accounting principles. This role requires accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile daily cash, credit card, and bank statements
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing and payment issues

• CDK experience required
• 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Monday–Friday, standard business hours

• $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
