Job Title: Temp-to-Perm Accountant
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 annually (based on experience)

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens. This temp-to-perm opportunity is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term growth within a collaborative and dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Support month-end and year-end close processes

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of accounting experience (industry experience preferred)

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)

• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
