LHH is working with a great firm in Palo Alto, CA. They are looking for a temporary litigation secretary.
Responsibilities:
Manage travel and calendaring.
E-mail and electronic file management.
Conflict Checks/New Matter Memos and intake.
Filing and other records center procedures.
Proofread, photocopies, redline.
Experience:
5+ years as a legal secretary.
FileSite management system, LegalKey experience is a plus.
Entering attorney time in timekeeping system.
Role:
3 days in office 2 days remote.
Office is in Palo Alto, CA.
4 month duration.
Pay $40 - $50 an hour.
