LHH Recruitment is seeking an HR Site Manager for our client in Pasadena, Texas!
Location: Pasadena, TX (Onsite for first 3 months; hybrid option after—3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Our client is a global leader in manufacturing solutions, offering a stable and profitable business environment with opportunities for growth and cross-cultural collaboration. The site employs approximately 80+ team members and is looking for an experienced HR professional to lead site-level HR operations.
Role Overview
The HR Site Manager will manage all HR activities for the Pasadena site, ensuring compliance, supporting workforce planning, and driving talent initiatives. This is a hands-on role requiring visibility on the plant floor and strong partnership with site leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle HR: Payroll, time cards, benefits, performance appraisals (IPA), talent review, career framework rollout, offer letters, interviewing, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance management, terminations, and salary reviews.
Recruiting: Own site-level recruitment and onboarding, partnering with external agencies as needed.
HR Systems: ADP Workforce Now, SuccessFactors, Anaplan, Neo Case, and internal HR portals.
Advisory Role: Advise and challenge managers constructively; maintain open communication with employees.
Projects: Participate in HR rollouts and initiatives; liaise with compensation and benefits teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications a plus).
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on HR experience (manufacturing/plant environment strongly preferred).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills; assertive and approachable.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive issues.
Proficiency in HR systems (ADP, SuccessFactors, Anaplan, Neo Case) and Microsoft Office 365.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $110,000 annually to $125,000 annually
Annual Bonus: percentage of a discretionary, based on performance and company results
Profit Sharing
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid vacation, sick time, and 12 named holidays.
