Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Pasadena, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $28.00 – $31.00 per hour
Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire
Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support payroll operations for a large employee population in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on payroll experience who is looking for long-term growth and exposure to advanced payroll systems and processes.
Core Responsibilities:
· Process payroll accurately and on time for a large employee base
· Handle employee registrations and maintain payroll records
· Generate, review, and reconcile payroll reports for audits and compliance
· Assist with payroll tax compliance and related tasks
· Take on additional responsibilities as needed based on performance
Required Technical Skills:
· ADP Workforce experience required (ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred)
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
· Basic knowledge of payroll tax compliance, particularly using Smart Compliance
Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.00 per hour
