Part-Time HR Administrative Support – Contract Role
📍 Location: On-site in Paterson, NJ 🕒 
📅 Duration: Approximately 4 weeks (excluding Thanksgiving week)
💼 Type: Contract
💲 Rate: Competitive
Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time HR Administrative professional to support our team with key HR functions during a short-term engagement. This role is ideal for someone with HR Generalist experience who is comfortable working on-site and available Thursday through Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation 
- Support an upcoming records audit by organizing and reviewing personnel files 
- Perform general HR administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and compliance tracking 
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of HR processes 
- Provide support for other HR-related projects as needed 
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
