Patient Access Specialist (Call Center)
Pay Rate: $19+/hour DOE
Schedule: Multiple shifts available (details provided upon request)
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire (based on performance and attendance)
Work Environment: Fully Onsite – no remote opportunities

Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about helping patients access the care they need? Join a growing healthcare team in Central Phoenix as a Patient Access Specialist. This is a high-impact role where accuracy, empathy, and efficiency matter every day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform accurate data entry to create and update patient accounts and cases

  • Support customer service overflow for other teams

  • Communicate with medical billers to update patient information

  • Distribute and manage regulatory documentation

  • Resolve patient access issues in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

What You Bring:

  • Strong and accurate data entry skills

  • Experience in Specialty Pharmacy, Customer Service, or healthcare settings preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

  • Understanding of patient challenges and healthcare processes

  • Dependable work ethic and openness to feedback and coaching

Interview Details:

  • Conducted via Microsoft Teams
