Escrow Receptionist

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a servicing company in East Phoenix who is in search of a receptionist to join their team. This job is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. To be considered for this role, it would be preferred to have either title or servicing experience, as well as reliable and working transportation. The hourly rate is $21/hr.

This position is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal staff, so a polished, customer-focused attitude is essential. If you thrive in a fast-paced office environment and enjoy supporting escrow and servicing teams, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Pick up and deliver mail to the post office as needed
  • Accept and process client payments (check, cashier’s check, etc.) and provide receipts
  • Provide administrative support to escrow officers and servicing staff
  • Schedule appointments and maintain conference room calendars
  • Assist with document preparation, scanning, and filing
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area

Qualifications:

  • Previous receptionist or front office experience (escrow, title, mortgage, or servicing experience preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
  • Must have reliable, working transportation (required for post office runs and occasional local errands)



Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
