Role Overview
LHH is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead a high-impact technology team responsible for network, systems, and infrastructure operations, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop network, systems, and integration operations team
- Provide direction for core systems operations and critical issue resolution
- Maintain and improve infrastructure services (Cisco UCS, NetApp, Palo Alto firewalls)
- Oversee disaster recovery readiness and proactive monitoring
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure operational reliability across facilities
- 5+ years leading network and systems operations in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Cisco networking, VMware, NetApp, Aruba Wireless, Palo Alto firewalls
- Experience with DRaaS solutions and change management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Certifications: CCNP, ITILv4, CISSP
- Experience in sports or live entertainment environments
