Salary: $120,000 - $135,000

Role Overview
LHH is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead a high-impact technology team responsible for network, systems, and infrastructure operations, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop network, systems, and integration operations team
  • Provide direction for core systems operations and critical issue resolution
  • Maintain and improve infrastructure services (Cisco UCS, NetApp, Palo Alto firewalls)
  • Oversee disaster recovery readiness and proactive monitoring
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure operational reliability across facilities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years leading network and systems operations in enterprise environments
  • Expertise in Cisco networking, VMware, NetApp, Aruba Wireless, Palo Alto firewalls
  • Experience with DRaaS solutions and change management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • Certifications: CCNP, ITILv4, CISSP
  • Experience in sports or live entertainment environments
