Insurance Client Services
LHH Recruitment is working with a insurance company who is is seeking a professional and personable Client Services Representative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in insurance or customer service who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The IDEAL candidate will have their P&C license or have the ability to obtain it within 4 months of employment. This role is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, fully onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, billing questions, and coverage changes
- Process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services
- Collaborate with account managers and underwriters to resolve client issues
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in insurance or a customer service role (insurance industry preferred)
- P&C License strongly preferred
- Previous account management is helpful
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
