Client Services Representative – Insurance Industry

Location: Onsite | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Support clients with policy inquiries, billing questions, and coverage updates
• Accurately process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
• Stay current on insurance products and industry trends
• Partner with account managers and underwriters to resolve client issues
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in insurance or customer service (insurance preferred)
• Property & Casualty (P&C) License strongly preferred—or willingness to obtain within 4 months
• Experience in account management is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
