LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Legal Project Specialist for our client. This contract opportunity is fully remote. Applicants must be able to work a typical 8 am-5 pm schedule in either PST or MST time zones. The organization is looking for candidates who want to stay long term, learn and grow professionally. This is a 12 month contract position and the company is very financially stable. We have a long track record of placing people at this company and they are very happy!
The Legal Project Specialist will be responsible for responding to complex inquiries that cannot be addressed through standard processes and collaborating with other teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in line with client expectations. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
· Respond to complex phone and email inquiries from customers by phone and email
· Act as a point of escalation for inquiries that cannot be resolved by standardized processes
· Collaborate with internal team, project managers, and clients
· Ensure client deadlines and deliverables are met
· Identify any errors and create solutions to resolve
· Create and update scripts and procedures for claims and correspondence teams
Qualifications:
· JD from an accredited US law school, or foreign law degree and LLM required
· Exceptional communication skills to clearly explain complex ideas
· Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities
· Strong teamwork skills
· Excellent customer service skills
Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
