Mortgage Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a servicing company near the Phoenix Airport. This company is in search of a customer service representative to join their team. This job is Monday-Friday, fully onsite and will require you to be flexible with your start time. This is paying $19/hr to start.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from borrowers regarding mortgage accounts, payments, and general servicing questions
  • Provide accurate information regarding loan balances, payment options, and account status
  • Assist customers with setting up accounts and updating borrower information
  • Communicate with borrowers, title companies, and internal departments via phone and email
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Document all customer interactions and updates within the company system
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience required (mortgage or financial services experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
  • Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work fully onsite near the Phoenix airport
  • Flexible with start time as business needs may vary
