LHH Recruitment is working with a mortgage servicing company in East Phoenix. This organization is in search of a customer service and client services representative to join their team. This role is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, fully onsite. The hourly rate is up to $23/hr.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and experience working in a fast-paced title or mortgage environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up new clients and establish new mortgage accounts accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with borrowers and title companies via phone and email
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding loan servicing
- Review and verify documentation to ensure accurate account setup
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in the servicing system
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and mortgage servicing regulations
- Assist with processing incoming documentation and correspondence
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required; mortgage servicing ort title experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of phone and email communication
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
