💼 Contract‑to‑Hire | Global Enterprise Environment
We’re hiring a hands‑on Network Systems Engineer II to support enterprise and data center networks within a global ICT team. This role blends technical execution, mentoring, and cross‑team collaboration—no prior formal leadership required.
Key Responsibilities
Design, support, and troubleshoot enterprise/global networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, DNS, SD‑WAN)
Provide Tier 2–3 support and root cause analysis
Mentor junior engineers (2 direct reports) and support daily network/security operations
Partner with global teams (including EU) on projects and upgrades
Maintain documentation and operational standards
Required Skills
Strong networking fundamentals (routing, switching, subnetting, DNS)
Cisco‑based enterprise environments
Exposure to firewalls/network security (ASA, Fortinet a plus)
Strong communication, collaborative, coachable mindset
Bachelor’s degree not required. CCNA/Cisco training a plus.
Compensation
$45–$60/hr W2 (3‑month contract)
Conversion salary: $100K–$110K + bonus (DOE)
Interview Process
Video interview → onsite panel → virtual global panel
