💼 Contract‑to‑Hire | Global Enterprise Environment

We’re hiring a hands‑on Network Systems Engineer II to support enterprise and data center networks within a global ICT team. This role blends technical execution, mentoring, and cross‑team collaboration—no prior formal leadership required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, support, and troubleshoot enterprise/global networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, DNS, SD‑WAN)

• Provide Tier 2–3 support and root cause analysis

• Mentor junior engineers (2 direct reports) and support daily network/security operations

• Partner with global teams (including EU) on projects and upgrades

• Maintain documentation and operational standards

Required Skills

• Strong networking fundamentals (routing, switching, subnetting, DNS)

• Cisco‑based enterprise environments

• Exposure to firewalls/network security (ASA, Fortinet a plus)

• Strong communication, collaborative, coachable mindset

Bachelor’s degree not required. CCNA/Cisco training a plus.

Compensation

• $45–$60/hr W2 (3‑month contract)

• Conversion salary: $100K–$110K + bonus (DOE)
