Order Entry Clerk – Data-Driven & Detail-Oriented Role
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Fully Onsite
Pay Range: Starting at $19/hr+ (based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Enter customer orders with precision into our order management system
- Verify order details to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or questions
- Maintain organized records of orders and customer communications
- Provide friendly, professional support via phone and email
- Assist with general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
What You Bring:
- Experience in order entry, data entry, or administrative support
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Comfort with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
