LHH Recruitment is partnering with a corporate office in North Phoenix in search of an order entry processor for a 6 month contract. This schedule is Monday-Friday 6am-230pm. The hourly rate is up to 26/hr. This role requires strong attention to detail, as well as intermediate Excel skills(formulas and VLOOKUPS)
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong data entry and organizational skills. The Order Entry Specialist will play a key role in ensuring service and driver orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and process a high volume of customer orders into the company system. You will be processing up to 200-250 driver tickets daily
Review orders for completeness and accuracy, verifying pricing, quantities, and product information
Communicate with internal departments to resolve order discrepancies or missing information
Maintain organized records of orders and customer documentation
Provide timely updates on order status as needed
Assist with general administrative and data entry tasks to support the operations team
Qualifications
2+ years of order entry, data entry, or administrative support experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ESPECIALLY Excel
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
