Healthcare Provider Recruiter – North Phoenix | Up to $62K Base + Bonuses
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in physician, provider, or dental recruitment to join a dynamic team in North Phoenix. This is a full-time, onsite position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and dental professionals
- Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, professional networks, associations, and social media
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks
- Coordinate site visits and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring standards and employment regulations
- Track and report recruitment metrics to leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare providers (MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, or dentists)
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting within the healthcare or dental industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
Compensation
- Base Salary: Up to $62,000
- Bonus Structure: Performance-based incentives tied to successful placements and quarterly hiring goals
