LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company in North Phoenix who is in search of a healthcare recruiter to join their team. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with proven success in physician or provider recruitment, a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers. The salary is up to $62,000 plus bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical providers.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders and department heads to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Utilize job boards, networking, professional associations, and social media platforms to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate site visits, and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring standards, and applicable employment laws.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to leadership on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience recruiting physicians or healthcare providers (e.g., MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs).
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $62,000.00 per year
