LHH Recruitment is partnering with a construction company near Tempe. This organization is in search of some HRIS support for the next 8-9 months. This person wall support with the finishing processes of a UKG Ready implementation, as well as support the VP of HR with special projects related to recruiting and audit. This is Monday-Friday 7am-4pm, fully onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in current UKG Ready implementation's final stages
- Maintain the UKG Ready HRIS system
- Configure system settings and manage user permissions
- Create, edit, and maintain workflows, reports, and automated processes
- Support HR audits, compliance efforts, and reporting requirements
- Train HR staff and end-users on UKG Ready features and best practices
- Document system changes and maintain change logs
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE hands-on experience with UKG Ready, including editing system settings and modifying workflows
- Previous HR experience is also required
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
