About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading organization to fill a Cash Posting Clerk position. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional with cash‑posting experience to join a fast‑paced, supportive accounting team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Post daily customer payments into the Accounts Receivable system

  • Sort and organize checks for processing

  • Research and reconcile payment discrepancies

  • Process and track NSF transactions and apply associated fees

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date payment records

  • Support audit requests with organized documentation

  • Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding payment issues
