About the Role
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading organization to fill a Cash Posting Clerk position. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional with cash‑posting experience to join a fast‑paced, supportive accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
Post daily customer payments into the Accounts Receivable system
Sort and organize checks for processing
Research and reconcile payment discrepancies
Process and track NSF transactions and apply associated fees
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date payment records
Support audit requests with organized documentation
Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding payment issues
