LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Analyst to support cost reporting, analysis, and invoice reconciliation in a fast‑paced finance environment. This role will play a key part in monthly close activities and cost analysis to support pricing, budgeting, and operational decision‑making.
This is a Temp role from April to November 2026. Must be available to start asap.
Fully Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly and quarterly COGS reporting, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods
Monitor material, labor, freight, and overhead cost trends; identify key cost drivers
Analyze product‑level and customer‑level margins to support pricing and cost management decisions
Review and approve invoices in alignment with budget guidelines
Reconcile invoices and investigate discrepancies
Support month‑end close activities, including reconciliation of invoices and vendor expenses
Qualifications
6 months to 2 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Cost Accounting, or Finance Operations
Experience with cost modeling, variance analysis, or manufacturing/supply chain finance support
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Intermediate Excel proficiency required (70% of time spent in Excel): Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, formulas
Experience with ERP systems and BI tools preferred
Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights to non‑finance stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative mindset with strong cross‑functional communication skills
$24-26 dollars per hour.
