Are you ready to bring your Accounts Receivable expertise to a fast-paced, hands-on role where your attention to detail and love for numbers will truly shine? Our client, a respected company in the Cranberry Township, PA area, is looking for a driven and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to dive deep into cash applications, work with industry-standard tools like SAP and Excel, and make a real impact on day-to-day financial operations. This is a contract role expected to last at least 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The position will begin onsite and may offer flexibility over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and apply incoming payments from lockboxes, ACH, wire transfers, and credit cards.

  • Reconcile unapplied cash and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

  • Upload invoices and supporting documentation to customer portals.

  • Handle credit card transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and maintain accurate customer accounts.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Cash Applications.

  • Proficiency in SAP is helpful

  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, formatting, and data manipulation.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.



Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
