We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Collections Specialist to support a high‑volume portfolio of business‑to‑business accounts in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys problem‑solving, and can work independently in a remote environment while still being available for occasional onsite meetings.

What You’ll Do:

• Make frequent outbound collection calls to business clients with professionalism and confidence

• Manage assigned accounts by tracking past‑due balances, sending follow‑up emails, and maintaining organized notes

• Partner with internal teams to help resolve billing discrepancies or customer questions

• Maintain consistent follow‑up processes to meet monthly collection expectations

• Use sound judgment when handling sensitive or escalated account situations

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in collections or customer service

• Someone who is very comfortable making and receiving phone calls, especially in higher‑volume environments

• Strong communication skills and professional phone presence

• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting

• Must be located in Pittsburgh, PA as will need to travel to office occasionally

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
