Payroll Analyst/Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Location: Near Cranberry Township, PA

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $26/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze and process payroll data for multi-state employees.
  • Review timecards, deductions, and adjustments for accuracy.
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits and compliance checks.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in payroll analysis or payroll processing required.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (ADP, Paycom, or similar).
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
