LHH is looking for a Call Center Rep based in Plainfield, IL, This is a Contract to hire opportunity only.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product/service information, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:



  • Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Answer incoming calls promptly and make outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and support issues.


  • Provide Product/Service Information: Educate customers about our products and services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.


  • Resolve Customer Inquiries: Address customer concerns, complaints, and questions effectively and efficiently, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.


  • Process Orders and Returns: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling exchanges according to company policies and procedures.


  • Update Customer Information: Accurately update customer accounts and records with relevant information obtained during calls.


    Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
