We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product/service information, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Full time- ONSITE
- $18-$19
Responsibilities:
Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Answer incoming calls promptly and make outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and support issues.
Provide Product/Service Information: Educate customers about our products and services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
Resolve Customer Inquiries: Address customer concerns, complaints, and questions effectively and efficiently, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
Process Orders and Returns: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and handling exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
Update Customer Information: Accurately update customer accounts and records with relevant information obtained during calls.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
