We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This role will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for people and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Support employee relations and help resolve workplace issues
Administer benefits and maintain employee records
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Coordinate training and development programs
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
