Bilingual Assistant Community Manager

$20.00 - $26.00 per Hour
- Assist in managing daily operations of the property, including tenant relations, maintenance requests, and lease administration.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in both English and Spanish in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Coordinate property maintenance to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Ensure compliance with property regulations and standards.
- Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, including conducting property inspections.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining property records.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred, but transferable skills will be considered.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
