LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established company in Northeast Portland to find a Bilingual Assistant Community Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual fluent in both English and Spanish, with transferable skills in property management or customer service, to become a key part of a dynamic residential property management team. Location: Northeast Portland, OR Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (30 hours per week) Compensation: $20 – $26 per hour, based on experience Position: Part-time, Temp to Hire Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing daily operations of the property, including tenant relations, maintenance requests, and lease administration.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in both English and Spanish in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate property maintenance to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with property regulations and standards.
  • Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, including conducting property inspections.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining property records.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred, but transferable skills will be considered.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of property management software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
