Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator
Location: Onsite – Portland, OR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 1 Week Contract (Coverage for PTO)
Pay: $19 - $22 per hour


About the Role:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Front Desk Coordinator to provide coverage for one week while our client's team member is on PTO. This is a great opportunity for someone with a positive attitude and a passion for creating a welcoming environment. This is not only a good foot in the door, but a way to keep your skills sharp and earn extra income during this time period.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area
  • Provide general administrative support to the office as needed
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) for basic tasks and communication

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of office or administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor


Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
