Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days on-site/2 remote after probationary period
Salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually (DOE) + performance bonus
Billable Requirement: 1400 hours annually

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Portland-based law firm to identify an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its team. This role focuses on civil litigation matters, including general civil disputes and insurance defense. The firm offers a collaborative environment, manageable billable expectations, and the opportunity to take ownership of cases while working alongside experienced litigators.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear at hearings and trial proceedings
- Collaborate with team members on complex litigation matters
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience handling general civil disputes and/or insurance defense matters
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to independently manage cases while contributing to a team environment
- Licensed and in good standing in Oregon
