Position Overview

LHH is working with a great firm who is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team! This role supports high-profile litigation matters and requires a strong background in legal administrative processes, case management, and calendaring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support for complex litigation cases

  • Manage eFiling across state and federal courts

  • Maintain and organize case files and legal documents using document management systems

  • Handle heavy calendar management, including scheduling hearings, depositions, and deadlines

  • Assist with trial preparation, including assembling trial binders and coordinating logistics

  • Communicate effectively with attorneys, court personnel, and clients

  • Ability to jump on projects where needed and be a team player

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation legal assistant, preferably in high-profile cases

  • Proficiency in eFiling procedures and court rules

  • Strong case management, docketing and organizational skills

  • Experience with calendar management tools and legal scheduling

  • Trial experience

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Details:

  • Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote

  • Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
