LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our client in Portland, OR. This full-time direct hire opportunity is fully onsite.
The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for managing incoming calls, drafting legal documents, maintaining client files, assisting with client intake screenings, and handling litigation matters from start to finish. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
· Manage incoming calls and assist with potential client intake screenings
· Draft and proofread legal documents, including demands and legal pleadings
· Create and maintain client files
· Assist with retrieving medical records
· Assist with scheduling and managing calendars
Qualifications:
· 10+ years of litigation experience
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and File Vine
· Strong organizational skills
· Detail-oriented
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Team player with positive attitude
· Previous experience with personal injury cases preferred
· Bilingual Spanish speaker a plus
