Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Portland, Oregon
Schedule: Full-time
Salary: $70,000-$90,000 DOE

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a highly successful personal injury litigation firm in Portland seeking an experienced Paralegal to support cases from intake through trial. This role includes both pre-litigation and active litigation matters and requires someone comfortable managing complex cases, reviewing and analyzing medical records, and assisting with trial preparation.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, demand letters, and case summaries
  • Conduct case investigations and analyze medical records
  • Track liens and coordinate with medical providers and experts
  • Assist with expert retention and case workup during pre-litigation
  • Prepare attorneys for depositions, mediations, and trial
  • Organize exhibits and assist with development of case visuals
  • Maintain case calendars and ensure compliance with court deadlines
  • Communicate with clients, medical professionals, experts, and opposing counsel
  • Support trial preparation and courtroom execution

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
  • Strong experience reviewing medical records, handling discovery, and preparing for trial
  • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent client communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with legal case management software
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
