LHH is working with a fantastic firm who is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal with extensive experience in medical malpractice litigation to join their legal team. This role involves supporting attorneys through all phases of complex litigation, with a strong emphasis on case management, calendaring, and electronic filing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in managing medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution

  • Conduct legal research and organize medical records and expert materials

  • Prepare and file legal documents via eFiling in state and federal courts

  • Maintain detailed case files and manage deadlines using legal calendaring systems

  • Coordinate depositions, discovery responses, and trial preparation

  • Communicate with clients, medical professionals, and court personnel

  • Skilled in all aspects of document management

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical malpractice litigation

  • Strong understanding of case management and litigation procedures

  • Proficiency in eFiling systems and court rules in OR/WA

  • Experience with calendar management and legal scheduling tools

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Must be comfortable with billable hours
