Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Location: Portland, Oregon

Hours: 8-4:30- Monday - Friday, onsite

Compensation: $30-35 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a stable, well‑known company that values accuracy, integrity, and a collaborative work culture. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of payroll experience and hands-on knowledge of ADP payroll systems.

In this role, you will:

  • Process full‑cycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees

  • Review, enter, and verify timecards, PTO, OT, and payroll adjustments

  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and state laws

  • Process new hires, terminations, wage changes, and benefit deductions

To be a fit, you must have:

  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience (multi-state preferred)

  • ADP payroll experience required

  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, taxes, garnishments, and compliance

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills



Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
