Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Location: Portland, Oregon
Hours: 8-4:30- Monday - Friday, onsite
Compensation: $30-35 per hour
We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a stable, well‑known company that values accuracy, integrity, and a collaborative work culture. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of payroll experience and hands-on knowledge of ADP payroll systems.
In this role, you will:
Process full‑cycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees
Review, enter, and verify timecards, PTO, OT, and payroll adjustments
Maintain accurate employee payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and state laws
Process new hires, terminations, wage changes, and benefit deductions
To be a fit, you must have:
3+ years of payroll processing experience (multi-state preferred)
ADP payroll experience required
Strong understanding of payroll regulations, taxes, garnishments, and compliance
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
