About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to help maintain the outdoor appearance and functionality of a large, well-maintained private property. This role involves landscaping, grounds maintenance, and general outdoor upkeep to ensure a clean, attractive, and safe environment for visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance of lawns, gardens, pathways, and landscaped areas

• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems

• Plant, fertilize, water, prune, and remove shrubs, flowers, and trees as needed

• Ensure grounds are clean and free of litter and debris at all times

• Maintain walking paths, patios, and outdoor recreational areas

• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, leaf cleanup, and storm prep

• Follow safety protocols and report any maintenance issues or hazards

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or similar outdoor maintenance role

• Knowledge of basic horticulture and lawn care practices

• Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment

• Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with irrigation systems and turf management

• Prior work on large-scale or commercial properties

Pay: $18 - $23 /hr depending on experience
