Construction Project Manager

Location: Raleigh/Wilmington, NC (50% travel)

Overview:

Lead enterprise-level construction projects from planning through completion. Drive collaboration across internal teams and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.

• Define roles, oversee contractors, and maintain clear communication with clients.

• Track progress, resolve issues quickly, and enforce best practices.

• Control change orders, review bids, and maintain detailed project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; PMP preferred.

• 5+ years in construction project management; retail experience a plus.

• Strong knowledge of PMBOK, MS Project, and construction documentation.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
