Summary: LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join the team of our client. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless order processing experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, verifying, and processing customer orders, as well as providing exceptional customer service throughout the order lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders via internal system.
  • Work with the Customer Service Manager to ensure orders are shipped quickly and efficiently so that customers remain satisfied.
  • Maintain effective tracking system alongside Customer Service Manager.
  • Invoice orders within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Oversee management of orders throughout the entire life-cycle of the order.
  • Any additional day-to-day tasks as needed by the business.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in an order-processing or B2B Customer Service role.
  • Bachelors’ degree in logistics or business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Customer-centric attitude and strong customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
  • Logistics certification is a plus but is not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

  • Employment type: Contract to Hire
  • Compensation: $18-21/hr
  • Work hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
