Customer Service Representative

$18.00 - $21.00 per Hour
- Process customer orders via internal system.
- Work with the Customer Service Manager to ensure orders are shipped quickly and efficiently so that customers remain satisfied.
- Maintain effective tracking system alongside Customer Service Manager.
- Invoice orders within 24 hours of delivery.
- Oversee management of orders throughout the entire life-cycle of the order.
- Any additional day-to-day tasks as needed by the business.
- At least 2 years of experience in an order-processing or B2B Customer Service role.
- Bachelors’ degree in logistics or business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Customer-centric attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
- Logistics certification is a plus but is not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Employment type: Contract to Hire
- Compensation: $18-21/hr
- Work hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
