Summary
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Talent Specialist who will play a critical role in supporting our client’s talent acquisition and HR processes across the region. This position ensures smooth coordination of hiring activities, accurate documentation, and compliance with legal standards while driving pre-boarding and onboarding initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to process excellence and continuous improvement throughout the talent lifecycle.
Location: Remote in these markets - Raleigh, NY, Fairport, NY, Beaverton, OR, and Phoenix, AZ.
Compensation: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities & Day-to-Day
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring logistics such as meeting links, rooms, and technology are properly arranged.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary contact for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive interview experience.
  • Pre-Employment Administration: Oversee background checks, reference verifications, and documentation to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Data Management & Compliance: Maintain accurate records in talent systems, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring documents, adhering to data privacy and audit requirements.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with offer generation, new hire paperwork, and onboarding logistics for a seamless transition from acceptance to start date.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Compile and analyze talent acquisition and learning metrics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements to strengthen talent processes.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in HR operations, preferably in talent specialist.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
    • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and processes.
    • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Customer service orientation and proactive approach.


Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
