We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems and office supplies
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Support team members with special projects as needed
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
