A leading construction firm is seeking a skilled and driven Construction Project Manager to lead high-impact projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of project execution including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including contract negotiations, purchase orders, and change order processes.

• Conduct and document project meetings, maintain organized records, and ensure all communications are clearly documented.

• Oversee project documentation including RFIs, ensuring timely resolution and distribution of clarifications to all relevant parties.

Qualifications:

• Experience with building expansion, especially with prefab metal.

• Structural expertise, including foundation, drainage, and some HVAC components, is required.

• Ground-up and space fit-out experience is essential.

• Proven track record managing construction projects in active or exterior environments.

Salary: $90K - 110K (DOE) + benefits
