Overview

We're seeking a hands-on Controller to lead North American accounting operations while supporting international entities. This role partners closely with executive leadership and operations to deliver accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and scalable processes in a growing, fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing accounting team
• Own the monthly and annual close, financial statements, and management reporting
• Ensure accurate inventory, COGS, revenue recognition, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Drive internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance efforts
• Manage multi-entity consolidations and intercompany activity
• Optimize ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and improve processes through automation
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide business decisions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience with people leadership
• Strong U.S. GAAP expertise; IFRS exposure a plus
• ERP experience and advanced Excel skills
• Ability to translate financial detail into actionable business insight

Preferred

• CPA, MBA, or advanced accounting degree
• Prior Controller or senior accounting leadership experience
• Multi-entity, international, and/or multi-currency experience
• Background in manufacturing, warehousing, food processing, or supply chain environments
