LHH is seeking a Workday Payroll Testing Specialist for a long-term contract opportunity. This hybrid role offers the chance to work both remotely and onsite in Richmond, VA, supporting a dynamic HR systems team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform testing and troubleshoot issues in Workday and ADP GlobalView test environments.

  • Collaborate with team leads, tech partners, and HR groups to resolve system issues and provide procedural coaching.

  • Create and maintain job aids to support system users.

  • Participate in agile pod work to enhance the Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking (PATT) experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with Workday PATT and payroll system testing.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proactive problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with ADP GlobalView and agile methodologies is a plus.



Pay Details: $27.00 to $35.00 per hour
